PALEO Parmesan Crisps (Sugar Free, Egg Free, Gluten Free, Soy Free)

I have a friend that is newly on the Paleo diet, and she’s been missing the things I would miss if I were on the diet– Those yummy things we all hate to give up. This recipe makes it a lot better. They are quick to make, easy, and the just taste good. They’re great in salads, as an appetizer for your friends & family, or just to snack on! I think we can all appreciate that.

ImageOkay, Here’s what you’ll need:

1 C. Parmesan Cheese (The better the quality, the better the end taste!)
2 Cloves of freshly pressed garlic
1/2 t. Sea Salt or Garlic Salt

Any Other herbs and spices are optional, though I personally recommend a teaspoon of dried basil. 🙂

Preheat your Oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper, and lightly spray with olive oil spray (or regular cooking spray if you are okay with canola oil). Mix all your desired ingredients in a bowl, then drop a few Tablespoons at a time in piles on your cookie sheet. Press piles to flatten– then bake for 6-7 minutes, or until just lightly browning.

The neat part about these, is you can shape them! Make little cheese crisp tacos by draping the cheese (while still semi hot) over a rolling pin or similarly shaped object. Or make little bowl shapes out of these, and have something to fill with guacamole. Mmmmm!
